Yes! We offer complimentary virtual consultations via Zoom or Google Meet. You can book a 30-minute session to view rings and discuss customization options.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom items. Custom rings can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days.
Custom designs typically take 4-6 weeks from consultation to completion. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.
